Ashes2A.R.T. is offering fun online wellness techniques this summer every Monday and Wednesday for all responders and responder family members. The purpose of these gatherings is to explore new containment options for stress and just bond and have fun.
Practicing self-care helps to decrease cumulative stress, which allows us to remain “fit-for-the-fight.” If you need materials, please reach out, and we will provide them to you. Also, feel free to get together with others to learn these exercises online for more fun!
Wellness Wednesdays suggested materials: white paper, writing (lined) paper or journal, pen or pencil, smartphone, iPad or tablet (for the apps)
